What is the last book you read? I tend not to read full books, just key summaries from getabstract.com. I also read all of the Internet.

The last concert you attended? Tony Sacca at The Smith Center’s Cabaret Jazz series.

What is your favorite virtue? Virtuousness.

If you could give one piece of advice to your 10-year-old self, what would it be? I would not give my 10-year-old self any advice. Sure I know more life lessons now than I did when I was 10, but part of life and what makes us strong is trial, error, and the discovery process.

Who are your heroes in real life? My dad, a Vietnam veteran who is battling service-related prostate cancer. His strength through the process has been truly inspiring. Also, Elon Musk. He is emblematic of people who want to push forward society in a meaningful and lasting way.

Intuition or rationale? Rationale—intuition is just quick version of rationale.

What is your greatest fear? That in the last days of my life, I will look back and feel that I never found a true, deep meaning for my life. That and snakes.

What is your idea of happiness? Working on things you are passionate about and having fun doing it, and taking time to enjoy your personal life.

In one sentence, what does the future of Downtown Las Vegas look like to you? A polarized range.

Stones or Beatles? It’s been a hard day’s night.
