Today, Life is Beautiful Festival announced some long-awaited details about the big event. A detailed schedule listing set times and stage locations for all acts. Six stages will feature live music and performances. The Red Bull Sound Select tour will welcome five local bands on their stage. The Homegrown stage will feature Las Vegas talent. The Huntridge Stage will play host to Cayucas, Cosmic Suckerpunch, Haim, Portugal.The Man, and others. Arts performances on the Heartland stage and Red Bull MXT Truck will feature numerous DJs, including DJ Supra (aka Shauna Dong of Le Thai).
The festival’s two main stages, Downtown and Ambassador, will feature major acts. Downtown performances will include Alabama Shakes, Beck, Imagine Dragons, Kings of Leon, and The Killers. Performing on Ambassador stage will be Purity Ring, Capital Cities, Zedd, Childish Gambino, and Empire of the Sun among others.
Life is Beautiful also announced the schedule for Chefs on Stage, part of the festival’s culinary programming that includes notable chefs such as Hubert Keller, Cat Cora, Bruce and Eric Bromberg, Jonathan Waxman, and Rick Moonen (just to name a few). Cirque du Soleil’s Las Vegas resident shows will also be performing throughout the festival.
Fremont Country Club and Triple B will be the venue for the learning portion of the festival including speakers Tony Hsieh and festival CEO and founder Rehan Choudhry. Saturday at 7:45 p.m. the festival’s art programming will showcase “13 Most Beautiful” Songs for Andy Warhol’s Screentests at Fremont Country Club.
