What is the last book you read? Currently reading Mastery by Robert Greene and Cesar’s Rules: Your Way to Train a Well-Behaved Dog by Cesar Millan. And I revisit The Art of War by Sun Tzu as much as possible.
The last concert you attended? The Roots at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas. They absolutely killed it, although I prefer a more hip-hop Roots show as opposed to the Jimmy Fallon crowd show.
What is your favorite virtue? Patience. It’s helped in starting and running my business.
If you could give one piece of advice to your 10-year-old self, what would it be? Never let your creative imagination become stagnate. Your mind is like a muscle, it needs to be stretched and worked out to avoid injury.
Who are your heroes in real life? Bruce Lee. Shaolin monks. Pablo Picasso. The samurai that have become Ronin.
Intuition or rationale? Intuition.
What is your greatest fear? I fear failure and imperfection, although I accept it and have failed many, many times.
What is your idea of happiness? Coffee, reggae, bicycles, art, and the Caribbean, in no particular order.
In one sentence, what does the future of Downtown Las Vegas look like to you? Looks like most revitalized urban neighborhoods. The question is how will it stand out from other Downtown neighborhoods? I’m going to keep pushing that question and put my mark on what I want it to look like.
Stones or Beatles? Beatles. Actually, Bob Marley and the Wailers.
